Suggest Treatment For Excruciating Pain From Severe Fibromyalgia

I'm a 61 year old male with fibromyalgia. My case is severe. I take 120mg MS Contin, 15mg oxycodone, and 30mg Baclofen daily. Now I also have Meralgia Paresthetica. Nerve Block of the LFCN did not work. It numbed the skin, but did nothing for the excruciating pain when it flares up. I am not obese and I am not diabetic. What's next? I'm at the end of my rope!
