Suggest Treatment For Exposure Of Open Wound To Carcinogenic Chemicals

I recently purchased a wallet and was going to wrap it as a gift. I was wrapping it on my carpet when I found a warning label inside of it saying, Chemicals in this product are known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm. I have a wound on my foot that was slightly bleeding and it touched the carpet where the wallet was. Are the chemicals now in my bloodstream and body? Will I get cancer or have reproductive harm?
