Suggest Treatment For Extra Penis Foreskin

Hi I am a teenage skboy of 14myears and I am soo worried about my penis, umm well there is a strip of skin attaching my foreskin to the head of my penis which prevents me pulling it back, I wish i was circumsized but watever too late to avoid embarrassment between doctoras and family and maybe friends. There is no pain or anything, everything else seems to be working fine fine, no infections ever in my life but I have never been able to pull my foreskin back please help, im worried.
