Suggest Treatment For Extra Small Hole On Penis Near Urethra

Hello.. I have a small hole below the main hole on my penis. it doesn t appear to match up with what I read about Hypospadias. I was wondering If I can simply have a urologist snip it open to blend in with the main hole. The issue is that when I urinate, there s a tiny stream that goes towards my body when I am at the urinal.
