Suggest Treatment For Extreme Coccyx Pain Causing Difficulty Sitting

hi im suffering with excruciating coyycx pain to the point i can barely sit i had a mri scan and it showed 2 worn discs but its got to be more than that as im in so much pain its been going on for years but over the past 3 months its getting unbearable what other tests cud i get to find out whats wrong and could it be serious as im worried with how much pain im in??
