Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue, Joints Pain, Bruising And Depression

My Globulin level was 4.1 and a/g ratio is 1.0, recently I have been experiencing extreme fatigue,joint pain,& bruising to my LE. My pcp did testing for lupus and ra, but those labs came back all wnl. So she feels it more mental, I made an appointment with psychologist, and she feels that I am experiencing some depression but what I am exhibiting sounds medical. Now I do not know what to do.
