Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue, Sweating And Body Aches

I am experiencing extreme fatigue, sweating and body aches. I have been getting worse over the years. What could it be? I just read an article on tuberculosis but I have weight gain instead of weight loss. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I m just not sure.
