Suggest Treatment For Extreme Groin Pain

Hi yes my mom 86 yrs no MEDS good health just went to ER w/ extreme groin pain they did ct scan found nothing and told her to rest with some muscle relaxers but her pain is still acute this is onlyb Her 2nd day of rest should I be concerned or will this heal on its own.?
