Suggest Treatment For Extreme Headache

Hi i have had a headache for over 3 weeks, really bad at back of head and has gradually got worse. to the point i cant sleep. got given strong painkillers and diazipam to help me sleep but cant sleep at all anymmore. pain is worse lying down. please help me
