Suggest Treatment For Extreme Itching On Feet With Oozing Blisters

I have a problem with my feet, it s either swampland or the Sahara desert. When my feet are covered they itch so badly that it s unbearable or wearing flip flops they dry out to the point that they crack and bleed. All within the same day. When my feet itch they developed small blisters that drain clear fluid. I have used creams for athletes foot and exema with no relief. I have used isopropile alcohol just to stop the itch and replace it with a burn. What do I try next?
