Suggest Treatment For Eye Infection

I have an eye infection and currently taking antibiotics. My eyes are bloodshot red and itchy, but now on my right eye I see and feel tiny bumps on the brown part of my eyeball. Feels like a hair or something in my eye. Should I see a dr? Day 2 of antibiotics.
