Suggest Treatment For Facet Arthopathy At L5-S1 Causing Painful Leg

I recently had an MRI on my neck (C2 - C7) and have moderate to several central canal stenosis. I've received two cortizone injections to assist with the numbness in face/fingers, etc. However, I continue to experience pain periodically.

I've also had an MRI on my lumbar spine. It is noted facet arthropathy is relatively prominent at L5-S1, with reactive marrow changes on the left side. The bone is swelled due to mechanical stress and is pushing on a nerve running down my left leg. The back/leg are very painful. Do you have any guidance as to a step forward? The Pain Management Dr continues to promote injections. However, they appear to be temporary and doesn't eliminate the issue. Thank you for your opinion.
