Suggest Treatment For Facial Acne And Boils On Shoulders

Hlw doctor I have acne problem on my face,n also something like that on my shoulders up to Elbow,upper belly portion & also on my back portion.I consult to a dermatologist & she diagnosed it as k.pilaris & started treatment With microbenz3.5% only I used it for a week but no results seen Can u suggest me any more... Eagerly waiting for ur reply..... Pls one request it should be kept privacy.....
