Suggest Treatment For Facial Asymmetry

Sir I am Sidharth 21 years old nd my concern is regarding my facial asymmetry. My jaws are very wide nd poor in shape also my neck is very thin making the appearence of my face look very ugly. I just want to know if there is any method or treatment to make my face symmetrical nd reduce my jaw width? Please guide me as i m depressed ..
