Suggest Treatment For Facial Skin Discoloration

Hi, I am a African American male who have a facial skin discoloration (light spots about the size of a quarter) because I had used "just for men beard dye". I must have left the chemical on my beard/face for a longer time before washing it off. Is there a solution to restore my skin color back?
