Suggest Treatment For Facial Swelling

Hi sir, My wife is 28years old and she faced a critical problem, on her left face just beside the eye, a little portion is got swealing, and it is painful, but when it's pressed a little pain can be fill. few days before we had carried out her test of hemoglobin and it found that she have low hemoglobin, but not that much. She is taking homepath treatment but no improvement. kindly suggest
