Suggest Treatment For Facial White Heads

i got whitheads on my cheeks,when i am removing them i got pore at that place&within one day they are getting filled with white sebum,if i dont remove that it will get hard like bump&at last blackhead over there.if i continuely remove them i got spots.so plz tell me how can i prevent their formation
