Suggest Treatment For Fainting Episode After An Injury

I was working, I got up to move a shelf that was rather heavy, I got really hot and then while trying to move the shelf, I dropped it on my knuckle. I then went to go to the bathroom and felt funny, like faint. I sat down in the hallway until I felt better. I was very pale so my co-worker got me some juice. My color got better in about an hour. What do you think that was?
