Suggest Treatment For Fallopian Tube Obstruction

Good morning, which procedure would you most recommend for a tubal blockade to improve IVF chances, to prevent possible leakage from bilateral hydrosalphinx. I am reluctant to hv any major surgery except absolutely necessary, having been through a tough time with an appendiceptomy gone wrong, which developed into a fistula with intestinal obstruction& loads of adhesion. I know the options are: tubes removal, clipping or plugging(essure) Which will you recommend given the history provided. Thanks. Tonia (Nigeria)
