Suggest Treatment For Fatigue After Undergoing Hysterectomy

I suffer from CFS and just recently had a hysterectomy. I am now back at work and am feeling so exhausted and drained, to the point of tears. Meganephrine was recommended to address any thyroid deficiencies I may have, but I cant find any information on its benefits. Please help me!
