Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Terrible Feeling When Treating PVCs

I am a 46 year old female with a history of PVC s. For the most part I a.m. able to just tolerate them. On occasion I have them one right after another and they have even awakened me from sleep and have been unable to go back to sleep due to the frequency of the PVC s. With these come other issues. Complete fatigue and I just feel terrible. I have had treadmills and echocardiograms. I have worn heart monitors which show me having the PVC s on occasion but of coarse never show frequency of them happening over and over. When I am having a multiple episode day, I am unable to maintain a daily schedule. One last bit of history, my dad was 43 when he died from a massive heart attack. My cardiologist started me on a a beta blocker and I haven t noticed much difference. What is my next step. I have thought I should just go to the ER next time and have them hook me to a monitor overnight.
