Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Tiredness

I was abusing prescription pain meds for four years or better. I have decided to quit, it has been seven days. The physical sickness is pretty much gone. The only thing I am having problems with is being so sluggish, and tired all the time. Is there anything I can do or take to help with this until it gets better? And how long will this last?
