Suggest Treatment For Fatigue & Headache Post An Injury On The Cheekbone

7 days ago hiking on vacay in Maui I walked right into a partially fallen horizontally-leaning tree trunk I couldn't see because of the visor on my hat. Hit my hat brim/sunglasses hard enough to give me a small abrasion on bridge of my nose and slight bruising on left top of cheekbone. I treat homeopathically and arnica helped, but a week later, I still have a lot of fatigue, headache on left side going to back of head, and vertigo/slight nausea like a motion-sick feeling. Went to a local urgent care whose doc dismissed it as migraine aura, but I get monthly hormonal migraines and these sx nothing like the always-exactly-the-same ones I get each month (and I had that migraine/my cycle when I hit my head, and sx and pain location definitely changed). Just rest and wait it out? Thx.
