Suggest Treatment For Fatigue,dizziness And Sore Throat

Hello! I was wondering if I could get some help. I have been feeling very tired, dizzy, my abdomen feels full and like something is moving in it, it feels like there is something in my throat, I also have a sore throat, I have a slight temperature and I feel like throwing up. I've had these symptoms for about 2 weeks now. What is happening to me???
