Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver And High BP

Just diagnosed with fatty liver, I have been having right sided pain for month s. I am obese,high blood pressure, hypothyroidism and depression, wow that s a lot. I m wondering if you have an opinion on have gastric bypass surgery and also do any doctors do pro-bono, work? I have insurance but don t think I can afford patients responsibility, anyway any feedback is appreciated. I live in NW Indiana Vikki
