Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver

I have fatty infiltrate in my liver. I had been on Methatrexate for quite a few years. My liver enzymes were elevated, they then came down to normal. I now have a slightly elevated alkaline phosphatase at 132. I drink occasionally. Should I avoid alcohol totally?
