Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver

yes i have pain in my side. my doctor ran some tests and everything look find accept i had a fatty liver. he told me to watch my diet. is there anything else i can do. also my stomach hurts swells and is bloated all the time. thanks YYYY@YYYY
