Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver

I am 33 years old Male. Height 5 11 , Weight 90.2 Kilograms. Non-smoker & Non Alcoholic since 8-10 months (was never a heavy drinker) but my Liver test shows a GGT of around 200 and Cholesterol is High too. Please find a snapshot of summary of lab findings. Recently visited a highly recommended doctor (Liver specialist), according to him I have a fatty liver and I just need to lose about 20 Kgs. I am regular to the gym, around 1.5 hours daily - cardio and weight training. I want to know if I can take a fat burner (Lipo 6 by Nutrex). Any help, suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks!
