Suggest Treatment For Feeling Of Lump In Throat

Hi, last night I started feeling a moving lump in my throat. I ate cereal and a sandwich yesterday with ham and cheese. I went to the doctor today because it causes discomfort but he didn t see or feel anything. He recommended I take chloraseptic sore throat lozenges and it moved the lump all the way to the bottom of my throat. I can still feel it and he recommends I go see an EMT doctor. If it is at the bottom of my throat now but wont go down, does it give some clue what is in my throat? Thank you.
