Suggest Treatment For Fever Along With Body Chills And Breathing Difficulty

Hi My husband has had a fever overnight that I thought had broken but this morning he has gotten extremely cold and constantly shaking and shivering. He says he is extremely cold and is having trouble controlling his breathing. Can you suggest anything? He is 46 years of age and has no previous medical history.
