Suggest Treatment For Fever Along With Cough In 15 Months Old

My son will be 15 months old on Feb 5th. On Dec 10th he had pneumonia and has had the cough ever since. Well last night he had a temp of 101.2 and then all day today he has had a temP of 100-103.6. The 103.6 is most recent. He has ran at that for 2 hrs now, but is sleeping g comfortable for the time being. He usually plays and climbs but he has been very still most of the day and it is very unusual. Tylenol only brought his temp from 102.6 to 100.4 earlier today and only for a couple hrs. Should we do an er trip, try to wait it out until a clinic is open in the morning, or his ped on monday? Thanks!
