Suggest Treatment For Fever And Body Aches After Treated Food Poisioning

In the last month, I've recently suffered two bouts with what seemed like food poisoning, occuring about two weeks apart. In addition to the all-over fever and diarrhea, my skin was very sensitive to the touch. It's been a few weeks now since the food poisoning, but for the past few days I've had the low-grade fever and body aches and sensitive skin come back. I'm trying to stay as active as possible and get back into my regular routine, but this present condition is atypical of my body. Do you have any suggestions on what may be the cause, and how to treat? I'm currently trying to rest as much as possible and drink plenty of fluids.
