Suggest Treatment For Fever And Bronchial Infection

i have a 4 month old baby that is on a nebulizer for a bronchial infection, he has been fighting a month now, tonight was his first sign of a fever 99.6 and miserably conjested can I give him extra treatments or is 2 a day enough he seams to have gas as well
