Suggest Treatment For Fever And Itchy Yellow Dots On Anus

I feel feverish, i have yellow- white like dots on my anus and it itches. I can t sleep at night and feel very fatigued and often depressed throughout the day. My family thinks I may have hemorrhoids but these yellowish little heads around anus are getting more and more so I don t know if it s a parasite. My dog was diagnosed with giardia.
