Suggest Treatment For Fever And Loose Stools

A week ago I had a high fever for two days with difficulty in controlling it. I had no other symptoms. The third morning the fever broke and and I felt fine. Two days later I started having loose grass green stools. Even the liquid was bright green. I feel fine. I have not been eating an unusual amount of greens and I avoid food color.
