Suggest Treatment For Fever And Loss Of Appetite

I have a fever for 7 days now, high as 102.5, for one day fever went away for 3 hours then shot up again. currently fever is about 99.3 for the last 6 hours. I have been tested for both Pneumonia and the Flu both negative. I was taking a lot of tylenol, the last time I took it was 7 hours ago. I have a very small cough and will cough up yellow mucus once every hour or so, nothing severe. No head congestion and no real body aches to mention. I have zero appetite, nothing sounds good to eat. this has been going on one week and I have lost about 8 pounds.
