Suggest Treatment For Fever And Pain In Shoulder

My body temp is showing 98.2 to 98.6 in all the day. where in afternoons like between 2 to 4 its showing as 99. and also i feel like a sort of pains on sholders at that time. not more. just a little. And in day time like in morning and in evening i felt some weekness. so iam taking electrol at that time. Is it fever ? can i take dolo650(for fever) along with topcef (antibiotic) as a course for 3 days. Is it suggestable. or any suggestions plz.
