Suggest Treatment For Fever And Painful Bump On Buttocks

Hey I ve had this painful bump near the top of my but crack right where my tailbone is located has had it for four days now I can barely walk I get fever I can t even sleep On my back or at all because it hurts so bad I don t know what I should do what do you think I could be? thank you
