Suggest Treatment For Fever And Stomach Pain

My wife has moderate pain in her left, lower belly. She may be running a low grade fever. She is lethargic, has no appetite, and has been nauseous all day. She has not passed a stool in two days. She has not eaten in over 24 hours. I am worried about pancreatitis or diverticulitis. Should I take her in to be seen?
