Suggest Treatment For Fever And Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck

Can snorting pills cause swollen lymph nodes, except I only have one swollen lymph node (left neck) and a fever. I am thinking that it is probably an infection, but I was not sure if prolonged pill snorting can could cause any type of common symptoms?
