Suggest Treatment For Fever And Vomiting In Child

My daughter 7 vomitted and had fever 3 days ago. Fever broke after about 48 hours. She felt fine all day yesterday and woke up this morning with a tummy ache again. She vomitted the little breakfast that she had. I smell that sweet smell on her breath and am wondering if that is dangerous or what to do for it. She is not diabetic.
