Suggest Treatment For Fever And Vomiting While On Dexona And Practin

Good morning, my mother(52 years ) taking practin and dexona last 10 years but last one month she has huge fever and vomiting .Doctor prescribed medicine but still she is not recover, How can I do now and what is the minimum time for recover after taking doctor prescribed medicine ?? What is the actual treatment for that ????
