Suggest Treatment For Fever, Anemia Due To Pneumonia, Weakness And Low BP

42 year old male patient readmitted to hospital placed in icu. Pt has, fever, anemia due to pneumonia. On a ventilator to assist with breathing numerous drips still waiting results of culture taken on Thursday. Pt has fever, sweating, weakness, asthma, low blood pressure, low blood count had blood transfusion. Pt also had swelling on the left hand apparently the kidneys are about to fail. How should this pt be treated.
