Suggest Treatment For Fever, Back Pain And Stress

Hi I am concerned and I went to my primary dr who scheduled an ultrasound for next week.. not feeling that is quick enough.. since my visit on monday my symtoms have become worse. low grade fever still hanging around feeling shaky, back pain that radiates from right side hip and up my middle back. I been spotting since my last cycle on 2/19 which has now as of today became heavy heavier than I ever get my period. I am approaching the start of the next cycle in 5 days. I am not sure if this is getting worse or my period came early... This hit out of the blue I normally spot for a few days and bleed 2 or 3 and back to spotting for a total of 5 days. I am concerned if stress could have brought this on?
