Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cold And Vomiting

Hello. Yesterday and the day prior I had a fever of 100.6-101.4; my normal temp is usually around 98.4. I drank a lot of water and slept. I did not take any meds. I was vomiting after drinking water. I was sweating profusely all night and kept waking up because I was cold. My temp this morning was 96.2 and now it's at 99.3. What could be causing this flux?
