Suggest Treatment For Fever, Congestion And Wheezing In Child

Hello doct my child is 18 months and he is having conjection of the throat and vising in the chest . One doctor has advised me earlier mefkind P suspension and Asthalin syrup.

He has high fever to at present .I gave him imol ( ibuprofen and paracetamol suspension )

Can I use the same medicines prescribed earlier. Is mefkind for throat inflamation and Asthalin for vising

Kindly advise doctor.
