Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cough And Body Pain

As of yesterday, I have felt really sick. I had a fever and body aches and a cough in my chest that just won't quit. Just moments ago, I coughed up what looked like mucous, flesh, and blood. Is this just my normal yearly bronchitis or do I need to take a trip to the er?
