Suggest Treatment For Fever , Cough And Muscle Pain

yes umm i walked home from school (because i had afterschool detention) i waited outside in the raining cold weather for 45 min witing for my brother he didnt come so i walked home it took me and hour it was raining hard and i was wearing flats(sadly). my feet ended up soaking wet im in 7th grade 12 years old. when i got home i had a fever,coughing,runny nose,and muscle ahes in my legs. do you think i have pneumonia
