Suggest Treatment For Fever, Headache And Fatigue

Hi! I hope you can help. My health insurance has not kicked in with my company and I am trying to avoid going to the doctor. For two weeks I have been dealing with congestion, fever, achy head and fatique. I have been getting a ton of rest. Nothing over the counter is helping. My tongue is yellow and I am bloated in my face, fingers and stomach area.I had an unfinished Amoxacilan prescription and I started taking that but as I ran out....I had a relapse! I just feel terrible! Thanks for your advice!
