Suggest Treatment For Fever, Headache And Vomiting

My son has a temp of 103 which is up from this afternoon it was only 101.8 and a headache. No stiffness or pain in his neck but he says his head hurts all over. He threw up some water this morning but that was the only time. Does he need to go to the hospital?
